Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, but during sales or holidays, it may take up to 4-6 business days. If you need your order sooner, please upgrade to priority shipping. Priority orders are shipped within 48 business hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking information will be updated every 24 hours.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Due to our discounted prices, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not offer returns or exchanges on non-defective merchandise. We will gladly accept a return if an item is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will send you a one-time prepaid return label. You must return the unworn and unwashed item in the original package within 3 days of receiving the return label.
If the replacement item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.
- The prepaid return label expires in three days. If you do not return the item within three days, you will be responsible for the return shipping and this amount will not be refunded.
- We do not accept returns on non-defective merchandise.
