Returns

Due to the discounted prices we offer, we apologize, but at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges on non-defective merchandise.  We will gladly accept a return if an item is defective.  It will be replaced with the exact item if we are notified within 3 days of the delivery date, and the item must be returned unworn and unwashed in the original package. We do require that the defective item be returned prior to sending a replacement and the item must be mailed back within 3 days. We will issue a one time prepaid return label.  Please keep in mind that this label expires in three days after which the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and this amount will not be refunded.  If the replacement item is no longer available we will issue a store credit.

Measurements

We do our best to provide accurate measurements for our items, but due to slight variations in production runs we cannot guarantee exact specifications.  If unsure of sizing, please size up.

Shipping

Our goal is to ship within 2-3 business days, but sometimes due to sales or holidays it may take up to 4-6 business days. If your item is Priority please upgrade to priority shipping and it will be shipped within 48 business hours. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will update every 24 hours.

Here is a list of holidays that the post office is closed. Please keep these dates in mind.

Sell Outs

Due to high volume occasionally our site will oversell an item.  If this happens you will be refunded.  Due to supplier inconsistencies in delivery dates, we no longer back-order items.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office

We are not responsible for any errors made by the USPS. However, if your package has not been received within 1 week of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us at support@adorableessentials.com and we will direct you to USPS to file a claim.  Thank you for your understanding with this.
